Southbound I-35 Connector to I-410 South Closed Overnight for Beam Repairs, Set to Reopen at 5 A.M.
TxDOT crews closed the southbound I-35 connector ramp and the entrance ramp to southbound I-410 overnight for structural beam repairs; the ramps are scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Thursday.

A full closure is in effect overnight on the southbound I-35 connector ramp and the entrance ramp to southbound Interstate 410 in San Antonio, where Texas Department of Transportation crews are performing structural beam repair work, according to the closure report read by the Traffic Desk this cycle.
The closure affects traffic from 148 feet north of I-35 to 0.35 miles south of I-35, near Mile Marker 31. Marked detour signs have been placed along the corridor to guide commercial and passenger vehicles around the restricted ramps.
The work is restricted to overnight hours: it began at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, and all lanes and ramps are scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29. Drivers crossing the interchange in the remaining overnight hours should plan an alternate route and expect delays near the work zone.
