John Washington III Says the System Is Broken and Urges Supporters to ‘Take Our Power Back’
John Washington III, a 2028 presidential candidate, said politicians chase votes and then money and forget the people, and urged supporters to stand with someone who actually works for them.

John Washington III, a 2028 presidential candidate, told supporters the political system is broken and that voters are forgotten once campaigns end. “The system is broken,” he wrote. “Politicians chase our votes, then our money, and forget us.”
John Washington III said politicians promise to fight for voters and then return to business as usual. “They say ‘fight for you,’ then go back to business as usual,” he wrote.
He argued the pattern will not change until voters back a candidate who works for them. “This doesn’t change until the people stand with someone who actually works for them,” he wrote. “I’m that candidate.”
Washington closed with a direct appeal to supporters. “Stand with me,” he wrote. “Let’s take our power back.”
