Stone Oak Mercantile Signs a Chocolate Shop and a Head Spa as the North Side Center Nears Completion
Fulcrum Property Group has signed Chocolate House and Ondee Head Spa and Wellness to the Stone Oak Mercantile, the 57,325-square-foot center at 20135 Stone Oak Parkway that is tentatively set to finish construction on Nov. 30.

The newest names on the way to Stone Oak are a chocolate shop and a head spa. Fulcrum Property Group has signed Chocolate House and Ondee Head Spa and Wellness as the latest tenants for Stone Oak Mercantile, according to reporting carried this week from MySA's coverage of the project. The two businesses will occupy 4,620 square feet inside the 57,325-square-foot development at 20135 Stone Oak Parkway.
They join a tenant mix announced earlier that includes the local restaurant Box St. All Day, Paris Baguette and JetSet Pilates. The center represents a $6.4 million investment on a corridor where daily vehicle counts exceed 11,000, less than seven miles from San Antonio International Airport, according to the project reporting. Construction began in March 2026 and is approaching its final phases.
The current schedule has construction tentatively concluding on November 30, 2026, with developers turning retail space over to tenants in December 2026. Individual openings will follow through 2027 — Box St. All Day, for one, is not expected to open its location until mid-2027 — so North Side shoppers should expect the center to fill in stages rather than all at once.
