Monday Night in San Antonio: Three Days Grace at Frost Bank Center, a New Food Exhibition at the Witte and the Tower's Free Pumpkin Patch
Monday is not a quiet night in San Antonio: a 7 p.m. arena rock show at Frost Bank Center, opening day for the Witte Museum's Texas food-traditions exhibition, and a free fall pumpkin patch at the Tower of the Americas that runs into November.

San Antonio's Monday night headliner is at the Frost Bank Center. Canadian rock band Three Days Grace brings its latest album, Alienation, to San Antonio for a live show on Monday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m., at 1 Frost Bank Center Drive, according to the San Antonio Things To Do weekly highlights guide read by this desk. The guide describes the band's following as built on heavy riffs, emotionally charged lyrics and anthemic choruses, and lists tickets starting at $54. Drivers heading to the East Side arena should expect the usual event-night traffic around the building before showtime.
Monday is also opening day for a quieter kind of draw. Gather 'Round the Table: Texas Food Traditions opens Monday, Oct. 26 at the Witte Museum, 3801 Broadway, and runs through Feb. 7, 2027, included with general admission, per the same guide. The exhibition explores how agriculture, migration and cultural exchange shaped Texas dishes, with artifacts from the Witte's collection, interactive experiences and multimedia - including an interactive table where visitors build their own plates and weigh in on regional debates over breakfast tacos and salsa.
For families, the Fall Pumpkin Patch at the Tower of the Americas, 739 E. Cesar E. Chavez Blvd., is open from Monday, Oct. 26 through Nov. 15 and is free, according to the guide. It offers seasonal displays and photo opportunities for visitors of all ages, and visitors can pick out a pumpkin to take home while supplies last.
The rest of the week stays busy at the same venues and beyond: Six Flags Fiesta Texas runs its Oktoberfest celebration through Oct. 31, included with park admission, and Dia de los Muertos programming builds toward the weekend across the city. Monday's three picks, though, cover the spread of the city in one night - arena rock on the East Side, Texas food history on Broadway, and a free fall stop at the Tower downtown.
