Foster–Navarrete Card Is Underway at Frost Bank Center: Davis Wins the Main-Card Opener, Prelims Are In
Scooter Davis beat Joaquin Silva Faccio by unanimous decision to open the main card Saturday night, the three prelims are complete, and the three-belt unification main event is expected at about 10 p.m.

Fight night is underway at the Frost Bank Center. The three-belt junior lightweight unification between Emanuel Navarrete and O'Shaquie Foster — Navarrete's WBO and IBF titles against Foster's WBC title — headlines a Top Rank card that began on DAZN at 7 p.m. CT Saturday, with ring walks for the main event expected at approximately 10 p.m. CT, according to The Tennessean's live coverage from the arena.
The main card opened with unbeaten prospect Scooter Davis improving his run against Joaquin Silva Faccio. Davis controlled the fight from the early rounds, digging to the body and countering Faccio's pressure, and took a unanimous decision. Frank Martin against Tarik Zaina was next on the card, followed by Albert Gonzalez against Edward Vazquez, before the main event.
The preliminary card is complete. Daniel Cortez III defeated Joshua Montoya by split decision, Sammy Contreras defeated Oscar Pedroza Padilla by unanimous decision, and Joseph Almajdi defeated Miqal Dolphus by unanimous decision, The Tennessean reported. At Friday's weigh-in, Navarrete came in at 130 pounds and Foster at 129.8 pounds. Foster entered fight week as a -175 favorite, with Navarrete a +140 underdog, according to DraftKings odds as of Oct. 23 carried in the live coverage.
Navarrete, 40-2-1 with 33 knockouts, has held the WBO junior lightweight title since 2023 and added the IBF belt this past February. Foster, 25-3 with 12 knockouts, has twice held the WBC title, most recently since 2024, with three successful defenses across his reigns. The Sports Desk will file the main-event result the same night, after the final bell.
