Ballet San Antonio closes its season-opening production of "Dracula" on Sunday with a final performance at 2 p.m. at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, according to the company's official production page. The run began Friday, Oct. 23, and has included a Saturday matinee and a Saturday evening performance in the H-E-B Performance Hall — four shows in all, the Tobin Center's events listing confirms.

The production is choreographed by Roberto Forleo and is inspired by Francis Ford Coppola's 1992 film, the company said. It follows Count Dracula on his centuries-long quest to reunite with his lost love, Elisabeta, in a staging the company describes as gothic romance with supernatural intrigue, told through its professional dancers. Sunday's closing performance runs approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission, according to the production page.

Ballet San Antonio is San Antonio's professional ballet company and a resident company of the Tobin Center, and its published season message says it employs 26 professional dancers for the 2026-27 season and produces three premiere productions a year, including its annual "Nutcracker." "Dracula" is the first production of that season, which makes Sunday's matinee the last chance to see the company's season opener before the run ends.

The Sunday matinee gives downtown a second major closing-day event alongside Muertos Fest's final day at Hemisfair, which runs noon to 9 p.m. Tickets for the Tobin Center performance were listed through the Tobin Center's own events page as of this cycle. No further San Antonio performances of "Dracula" are listed after Sunday.
