Weekend Rebound: Rain Thursday and Friday Gives Way to 83 on Saturday and Near 88 on Sunday
The station's live feed still puts the week's rain on Thursday (59 percent) and Friday (61 percent), but the weekend behind it has warmed: 83 and dry Saturday, near 88 Sunday.

San Antonio's week still turns on Thursday and Friday — but the weekend on the other side of the rain now looks like a rebound. The station's live Open-Meteo feed, read at about 8:10 p.m. Monday, showed 75.9 degrees in the city, and it keeps rain chances at 59 percent on Thursday and 61 percent on Friday before clearing out for the weekend.
The day-by-day line: Tuesday reaches 78 with a 25 percent rain chance, Wednesday 81 with a 30 percent chance, Thursday drops to 70 with rain likely at 59 percent, and Friday holds at 73 with the week's highest rain chance, 61 percent. Those Thursday and Friday numbers are cooler and wetter than anything else on the board, and they are unchanged in character from this evening's earlier forecast file.
What has changed since the 5 p.m. forecast is the weekend. Friday's high has been revised up to about 73 from about 70, Saturday now reaches 83 with the rain chance down to 8 percent, and Sunday climbs to near 88 — 87.5 on the feed — with a 3 percent rain chance. In other words, the wettest two days of the week are immediately followed by the two warmest and driest.
For San Antonio, the practical read is simple: expect a gray, cooler, showery Thursday and Friday, keep the rain gear for Friday's plans, and do not write off the weekend — by Saturday the city is back in the low 80s under clearing skies, with Sunday the warmest day of the whole stretch.
