Overnight Weather: 68 Degrees and Clear in San Antonio, Monday Fog Lifts to 81.5 and Election Day's Rain Holds at 71 Percent (T.W.A. NEWS)

San Antonio's overnight sky cleared. The station's live Open-Meteo feed, read at this cycle, showed 68.4 degrees feeling like 71.6 under a clear code (0) — a change from the overcast 69.3 the desk read at 23:04 — closing a Sunday that topped out at 83 with a 2 percent precipitation chance.

Monday, election eve, still opens in fog but runs warmer than the desk carried Sunday night. The feed holds the fog code (45) for Monday with the high revised up to 81.5 from 80.6, a low of 67.1 and a 1 percent precipitation chance. Tuesday, November 3 — Election Day — is unchanged: a rain-shower code (82), a high of 72.8 and a low of 63.3, and the precipitation chance holding at 71 percent. Bexar County vote centers run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday; the rain plan for the trip to vote stands.

The back of the week changed shape. Wednesday stays mainly clear (code 1) at 77.1 with a low of 59 and no precipitation chance, but Thursday is now overcast (code 3) at 79.4, down from the mainly clear 81.1 in Sunday's files, and Friday is overcast at 78.2. Saturday's thunderstorm code (95), which the desk flagged through the weekend, is gone from the feed: Saturday now reads overcast at 79.4 with the precipitation chance still at 19 percent, and Sunday is mainly clear at 79.6. The desk updates the Election Day call with Monday's 05:00 file.
