No Voting This Weekend in Bexar County: After Early Voting's Close, the Next Ballot Is Election Day, Tuesday 7 A.M. to 7 P.M.
A service note for the three quiet days: early voting ended Friday at 7 p.m., there is no voting Saturday, Sunday or Monday in Texas, and Bexar County's vote centers reopen Tuesday, November 3, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. — any center in the county, and anyone in line by 7 p.m. still votes.

If you meant to vote this weekend, there is no polling place to go to — and that is by design, not by error. In-person early voting in Texas ended Friday, October 30, and there is no voting on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, as FOX 7 Austin's election coverage states plainly and the Texas Secretary of State's election calendar confirms. The next and last chance to cast a ballot in this election is Election Day itself: Tuesday, November 3.
Bexar County makes Tuesday as flexible as the law allows. The county is a vote-center county: on Election Day you may vote at any polling place in Bexar County, not only the one nearest your home, according to the county's voter guidance at PlanYourVoteSA, read this cycle. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and if you are in line by 7 p.m. you have the right to vote — stay in line. Every Bexar polling place offers curbside voting for voters physically unable to enter without assistance or risk to their health.
The weekend is therefore for preparation, not voting. Check your registration and your sample ballot through the county — the ballot reflects the 2026 district lines, and a printed marked guide may be brought into the booth, while phones may not be used within 100 feet of the polling place, the county guidance notes. Mail voters run on their own clocks, detailed by this station Friday (SQ-20261031-004): a mail ballot must be in the elections office's hands by 7 p.m. Tuesday, or postmarked by 7 p.m. Tuesday and received by 5 p.m. Wednesday. Everyone else: Tuesday, 7 to 7, any vote center in the county.
