Halloween Friday Turns Cool and Showery, With the High Near 71 After Thursday's Drizzle — Then the Weekend Warms Back Up
The station's live feed on Wednesday morning put Friday's high at about 71 degrees with a 38 percent rain chance — the coolest day of the week, landing on Halloween — before Saturday rebounds to 81 and Sunday to 86.

San Antonio woke Wednesday to overcast skies and 68.7 degrees on the station's live Open-Meteo feed, on the way to a high near 84 with only an 11 percent chance of drizzle — the last mild day before the pattern turns unsettled at the end of the week.
Thursday cools to a high near 80 (79.6 on the feed) as the drizzle chance rises to 32 percent, and Friday — Halloween — is the week's change day: rain showers in the forecast, a high of only about 71 (70.8 on the feed) and a low near 60, with the rain chance at 38 percent, the highest of the week. Families planning Friday evening outdoors should expect a cool, showery night rather than a washout, on the current numbers.
The weekend then warms straight back up: Saturday reaches about 81 with the rain chance down to 13 percent, Sunday climbs to about 86 under a 2 percent chance, and Monday tops out near 89 before Tuesday cools again to about 79 with the rain chance back up to 27 percent.
